Children’s Privacy
Drop-In Gaming offers the Site to Players aged 13 and older. We recognize that offering a Site to younger Players means providing greater privacy protections for children’s Personal Information. For this reason, Drop-In Gaming does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under age 18 without obtaining consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian (in each case, a “Guardian”). If you are a child and wish to play Games on the Site, please ask your Guardian for permission and help registering an account. Children under age 13 are strictly prohibited from using the Site.
Account features are selected by default based on the Player’s age input at registration and the Player’s Guardian consent and permissions. You and your Guardian are responsible for inputting your accurate age at registration. All accounts can adjust permissions and settings to filter which Games and Site features are shown as available to the Player. You can also adjust account settings or submit requests for changes to your or your child’s account by following the instructions under Your Privacy Rights .
Prime Accounts are available to Players aged 18 and older. Prime Accounts can access all Games and all Site features subject to the account settings selected by the Player.
Youth Accounts are available to Players under age 18 with Guardian consent. The Games and features accessible by a particular Youth Account will depend on the Player’s age and the account permissions selected by the Player’s Guardian. To register for a Youth Account, the Player’s Guardian must consent to the registration by initiating the child’s Youth Account registration or via our Guardian consent and confirmation process. If a child attempts to register for a Youth Account but we do not receive their Guardian’s consent within 24 hours, we will delete any Personal Information the child may have provided as part of their registration. If you are under 18 and your Guardian has not provided consent, you may not use the Site and you must not submit any Personal Information to us.
Guardians are solely responsible for monitoring their children’s account registration and game play on the Site. Children under age 18 should always check with a Guardian before sharing information online, and we encourage families to discuss guidelines regarding the online sharing of Personal Information. Drop-In Gaming encourages Guardians to familiarize themselves with the safety features and controls available on the Site and to monitor their children when they are playing games online.
If we become aware that a Player has registered under an inaccurate age or that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information without Guardian consent, we will delete any Personal Information we have collected, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it, and terminate the child’s account. If you become aware of any unauthorized submission of information to Drop-In Gaming, please submit a Consumer Privacy Request or contact us by email at privacy@dropingaming.com.

- Right to access your Personal Information. You can request to access your Personal Information. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your Personal Information, along with details about the types of Personal Information we process, why we process it, and any third parties we work with to collect Personal Information on our behalf. We may have one or more legally valid reasons to refuse your request in whole or in part, for example in order to protect the rights of other individuals. If you make this request, we balance certain legal, contractual, and business interests against your right to request the deletion of your Personal Information.
- Right to restrict processing of your Personal Information. You may have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Information if (i) the data is inaccurate, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) we no longer need the Personal Information, or (iv) you exercise your right to object. Your right to restrict may be limited to Personal Information that is sensitive in nature, or that is sold or shared for certain purposes.

- Limited use and disclosure of sensitive Personal Information. Drop-In Gaming does not use or disclose sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about any consumer. If this ever changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Notice and provide you with methods to limit use and disclosure of sensitive Personal Information.
- Right to nondiscrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. If you are a resident of the State of California, we will not (i) deny you goods or services, (ii) charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, (iii) provide you a different level or quality of goods or services, or (iv) suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services, because you exercised your statutory right unless permitted by law.

If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Notice and provide you with an option to exercise your privacy rights related to Personal Information processed using ADM.
